The building massing has been sculpted to help it fit comfortably into what was a previous brick warehouse district but now a mid-rise condo neighbourhood.
Honest in its use of materials
The façade explores the use of a concrete screen that has been clipped to the building with a layer of glazing behind it. The building is rugged and honest in its use of materials and its modern architectural language.
A small community space at ground level with a landscaped sidewalk element has been incorporated into the project
