Historic Façade

The Pacific condominium is part of a multi-residential redevelopment project for the two three-stories mixed office and retail buildings currently residing at 2946 to 2968 Dundas. The front of the building on Dundas Street is setback at varying degrees, further creating the perception of individual storefronts. In addition, the design incorporates the existing residential and retail structure from 2946 to 2952 Dundas by creating a front on the corner of Dundas that echoes the historic façade.

Stepped Back Design

The north side of the building gives private access to the residential units. Its stepped-back design perseveres the views of the surrounding residential homes while allowing for expansive terraces for the residential units and outdoor shared-amenity space. 

Mixed Use

The design includes 31,682 sq. ft. of retail space, 18,000 sq. ft. for commercial office use, and 160,389 sq. ft. for the 84 residential units. There is a mix of one to three-bedroom units with two-storey units at the top two levels of the building.
