Architectural vernacular
By reinterpreting the architectural vernaculars that once dominated the intersections of this neighbourhood, The Hill condominium respects the traditional design of the neighbourhood but with a contemporary flavour. Its five-storey limestone podium and black granite framed glazing will form the base for the delicate glass box above.
Deep-stepped terraces
Deep-stepped terraces ranging from 200 to 2000 sq. ft. will gently transition from the neighbourhood to the south, providing a lush green view that slopes towards the lake and the Toronto skyline.
