A Modernist taste was articulated
Faced with very specific spatial needs, a Toronto couple was frustrated finding a house to meet their needs. The Avenue Road area “builders’ spec” house met their space requirements but the overly traditional interiors were not to their taste. Working with CORE’s Interior Design studio their modernist taste was articulated.
Post-renovation home
The post-renovation home appears warm, comfortable, and suits the tastes and needs of the homeowner. The St. Germain Residence was a great example of how a house can become a desired home, regardless of its beginning.
