CORE Architects was commissioned to design a 42-hectare master plan adjacent to the development of central park comprising of 40 low-rise apartment blocks (about 4,600 units), a total sq. ft. of 6,400,000 excluding a parking retail plaza, clubhouse, mosque, and a public park which stretches along the site and creates a green pedestrian link to the development central amenities.
