The amenity space will occupy the whole eleventh floor, and the residential tower will feature 14 storeys of stepped balconies and terraces on the building’s northern face. The project will feature a mix of one and two bedroom suites.
Flush glazing
The project will be distinguished by two bands of flush glazing at the amenity and mechanical levels and continuous balconies elsewhere, in a simple, minimalist building massing.
Porte-cochère
Employing a unique porte-cochère at the main entrance on Richmond, this 27-storey building will feature commercial parking and retail at grade. The eight-storey podium features light grey precast concrete and “silver glass” balcony glass. The building also will accommodate over 300 bicycle parking spots.
