Stylish urban Development

6th & Tenth is a stylish urban development that both enhance the quality of life of the residents and the surrounding urban realm. Surrounded by two rivers, the downtown core, and the Beltline, 6th & Tenth will fill a gap in the urban fabric by creating a gathering spot for the neighbourhood. The design draws upon the desire to revitalize the street life at the namesake intersection. 

White Precast and Glass

The ground floor retail space has very high ceilings and is anticipated to be a fine dining restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The verticality of the building is emphasized by alternating thin strips of white precast and glass on the podium. The tower consists of three intersecting rectangles that slide past one another, with a random pattern of balconies. At the pedestrian level, there will be a sculptural water feature that changes with the seasons in the year.
