180 Steeles is a runner-up  in the Rethinking The Future Awards,housing (over 5 floors) concept.  

The Rethinking The Future Awards, given to projects showcasing excellence and innovation in architecture & design. This year, 1200+ registrations were received from more than 50 countries, spanning architecture, landscaping, urban design, product design, and interior design categories.

Our residential condominium project 180 Steeles is at the vanguard of this emerging phenomenon. The 2.5-hectare site ticks all the boxes- the existing building stock is a single-storey car-oriented retail plaza; the site is located along an underutilized arterial road that has been earmarked as a future infrastructure corridor.
